My goal, as a massage therapist, is to improve soft tissue function while simultaneously relaxing the nervous system in an effort to reduce chronic and acute discomforts.
A little bit about me: I have been married for 24 years and am a proud mother of 5 children. I enjoy the outdoors, running long distances, and biking. I also enjoy reading about and implementing ways to improve our health through diet, exercise, and reduction of stress.
